Dopo molti anni dedicati all'ospitalità turistica nel territorio Veneziano, Lorenzo Onor, conosciuto ai più come amichevole e scrupoloso Albergatore, decide di scommettere su una struttura alle primissime porte di Mestre, che lo incantava per il parco e le (fino al quel momento) sconosciute potenzialità ricettive.
"Sarà un' oasi di pace e relax, dedicata e calzata su misura all'uomo d'affari (chi meglio di lui quindi.......) che si trova a dover affrontare gran parte della sua vita lontano da casa!"
Queste sono le parole con le quali Lorenzo convince i suoi collaboratori a ridisegnare una vecchia barchessa, e a trasformarla in uno dei residence di design e di benessere tra i più conosciuti a livello internazionale.
"E' necessario prenotare almeno due mesi prima" confida Lorenzo, che ora più che mai riesce a godersi la sua casa!
Ma quali sono i veri vantaggi ed i comfort così esclusivi che portano a scegliere Villa Moro Lin?
"Penso che il fatto di trovare un'accoglienza famigliare sia il punto forte della nostra struttura. Poi, il fatto di avere un parcheggio completamente recintato al riparo da qualsiasi occhio indiscreto, l'entrata singola in ogni appartamento e tutti i normali comfort che oggi i nostri ospiti pretendono, fanno sì che la nostra piccola villa sia molto richiesta dai managers sia italiani che esteri"
"Da quest'anno abbiamo aggiunto anche la nostra piscina, che durante il periodo estivo è sicuramente un fattore di relax ulteriore, soprattutto per chi decide magari di invitare la famiglia per un week end a Venezia che è raggiungibile con i mezzi pubblici che sostano proprio davanti ai nostri cancelli"
Come sempre la richiesta delle tariffe ci induce a terminare la nostra intervista.
"I nostri appartamenti hanno una rental rate che va dai 1200,00 ai 1600,00 euro mensili.
C'è da considerare che i nostri loft sono dotati di cucine complete di lavastoviglie e forni a microonde,aria condizionata wi-fi gratuito, pulizia settimanale con cambio di biancheria e soprattutto nessun anticipo e nessun obbligo di disdetta anticipata!!"
